I like to cook the best of portuguese gastronomy to others and let them travel through the flavours of our amazing cuisine.
I'm a professional chef currently working in a Bistro/Brasserie type of restaurant and worked in one of the best steakhouses in Europe, located in Lisbon, Portugal. At the moment I am also a teacher in a profesional school where I teach bakery and pastry lessons. I'm really passionate about portuguese gastronomy and I like cooking it in the traditional way but I also like to reinvent some of our traditional dishes.
