Hiring a private chef allowed our last night on a family trip to be relaxing and focused on bonding. Chef Micas was professional and accommodating. We enjoyed experiencing his tasty local cuisine.

Chef Micas prepared a delicious and beautifully-presented Portuguese menu for our large group. It was the most delicious food we have eaten on our holiday so far! He was happy to find his way around the kitchen preparing, allowing us to enjoy a stress-free and relaxing evening. He also left the kitchen absolutely spotless. Thank you Micas!

Chef Micas was punctual and accommodating to dietary restrictions. The food was delicious and the presentation was lovely. He was very kind and professional- we really enjoyed the entire experience!

Micas was wonderful. VERY accommodating in scheduling menu (different main for adults vs. kids - 14 ppl in total) and timing. Easy and quick responses and most importantly the food was great. Overall very happy with his dinner.

We were a group of 14; 7 adults 7 children, including 1 gluten free and 1 dairy free. Chef Micas had a challenge ahead of him but accomplished it as a true professional. His meals were very good and pleased everyone. If we came back to this area we would hire him again for dinners and breakfasts.

He catered separately for our kids, which meant the grown ups could enjoy our meals in peace. His surf n turf bbq was particularly delicious as was his Portuguese flan ???? ! We hired Micas for dinner service for our small group of friends. Mica’s service was impeccable. Communication before and on the day of service was flawless. He arrived on time and set to work immediately without needing much introduction to our kitchen. The courses he served were super delicious and nicely presented. After the service the kitchen was left spotless. We highly recommend Micas. He is a very professional chef.

We had a great experience with Chef Micas. He was punctual, kind, and made amazing dishes. Every meal was presented beautifully and once he was done, the kitchen was just as clean as when he arrived. He made our vacation even better. If we ever travel to Albufeira again, we will rebook him without hesitation.

Chef Micas was a major hit with our family. Super punctual and friendly. He was very flexible with our picky eater and did everything with grace and a big smile. He did out breakfast and Lunch everyday and it was fantastic ! We will definitely hire him again for our next Portugal trip.

We had a lovely meal with Chef Micas. He is a very warm and inviting guy and our meal was absolutely scrumptious and our kitchen was left spotless and we did not have to do a thing! We wanted a traditional Portuguese meal and he surely delivered on that and spoke to us about the origins of each dish. Our kitchen wasn’t quite as equipped as we’d hoped but that didn’t stop Chef who showed resilience and flexibility by making last minute changes. We highly recommend and will definitely be booking again with Chef Micas next time we’re in the area.

Chef Micas cooked for my sister and her family. They really enjoyed it ! The food was excellent and the presentation also. You should definitely book him for your next meal :)
