I’m a professional cook since my 23 years old! I became chef 3 years ago! I studied hotel management and then cousine! I’m Portuguese but I already worked in Belgium at Graanmarkt 13 and in Switzerland at Hotel Nendaz 4vallais!
I also worked at Belcanto, it’s a 2 Michellin star in Lisbon and in another project called Silent living where I was the breakfast/catering/events chef!
My main are vegetables but I can cook anything! But vegetable for are the future and it’s food that I truly believe!
