Ms. Tavares is a pleasure to work with as a personal chef. She accommodated our request for traditional Portuguese foods and adjusted the recipes to different food needs within our group. She served several dishes with fish, sausage, and fruits that came from the region. Every dish used fresh ingredients. Most importantly, Ms. Tavares enjoys her profession and loves to share both her knowledge about food and her enthusiasm for the Portuguese culture.

Her English was completely fluent and she was able to provide such impressive recommendations for food and wine in the region. I would definitely hire her as our head chef again!
