I work in the kitchen for 6 years, young but full of ideas and imagination, on this 6 years of kitchen i've worked with many people, and many chefs, i consider my self for being what i want to be, in my last job as a normal restaurant cooker i became sous chef, and then chef, but few time ago i was thinking why people go to restaurants, why cant i bring restaurant food for people in their confortable house, or whatever they want, your choise, your menu, i'm the chef.
