Chef Em Casa Em Vila Nova De Famalicão
Hello my name is António Paulo Duarte.
I am a Portuguese born in Paris-France, now living in Portugal, Braga region.
I have always been passionate about cooking. I saw my mother at the stove and wanted to know everything she was doing. This curiosity led me years later to take 2 certified cooking courses.
I learned a lot but curiosity and evolution always continued. In 2021 I was selected to enter the Masterchef Portugal TV show. It was a rewarding and enriching experience.
Currently I dedicate myself to making private meals.
I am careful and pay particular attention to details, creating a beautiful and elegant table. I make a point of personally setting the table with tableware and cutlery that make a difference. My meals are a culinary experience based on Portuguese and Mediterranean traditions with a modern twist.
I speak Portuguese, English, French, Spanish, which allows me to deal with different cultures and people.
Cooking at a stove or wood fire, makes me a happy men.
