Very adaptable and versatile cook, that will ensure you have the meal of your dreams.
I discovered my passion for cooking when I was still in college and after working in hospitality and living abroad for a couple of years, I started my career in the kitchen as a self-taught cook, opening a small bistro in my hometown. Soon, I felt the need to deepen my knowledge and enrolled the Culinary Arts Course in EHT Porto, from which I graduated with distinction.
After graduating, I joined the team at an organic seasonal café, cooking breakfast and lunch, baking fresh cakes, desserts and sourdough bread.
Very conscient about the importance of local sourcing of ingredients, knowing your producers and where and how your food is grown. Also acquainted with fermentations, that I try to incorporate it in my daily cooking as much as possible.
Motivated by the lockdowns, I’ve started working as a freelance chef, organizing pop-ups in my hometown and also collaborating with three different companies as a consultant chef.
