Cooking is the most satisfying feeling in the world, especially when everyone tastes the food and the room becomes silent for a couple of seconds
Counting with 8 years of professional experience, a course at Escola Hoteleira da Madeira, and a few part-time jobs on the side.
I began working as a pastry chef at Nini Design Center under the renowned chef Júlio Pereira, and I spent the next six months as a tournant chef at Quinta do Furão Hotel.
In 2018 the opening of Kampo restaurant by Chef Júlio Pereira, in just 6 months the opening of a 2nd restaunt, Akua by Chef Júlio Pereira, with me as a general sous-chef
Following a year, Kodea Bakery opened with just one baker and pastry chef. Six months later, a straightforward trip to Azores with a kitchen focused on large pots for large quantities.
Last but not least, Duck and Waffle, a hip restaurant in London where the rest does not exist.
Currently working as a Production Manager, and delivering restaurant experiences to peoples doorstep.
