Chef Thiago possui larga experiência no ramo da gastronomia. O amor que ele sente por cozinhar é totalmente refletido em seus pratos.
A cozinha brasileira, a clássica europeia, a mediterrânea e a cozinha asiática em geral são suas favoritas. Thiago está a 15 anos no mercado da gastronomia, aos 22 anos foi morar nos EUA, onde teve a oportunidade de se formar em Artes Culinárias e Empreendedorismo em San Diego, no Estado da Califórnia, EUA e em Gastronomia pela IBMR no Rio. Trabalhou em diversos restaurantes americanos, também no sul do Brasil e no Rio de Janeiro. Gaúcho de nascimento e com alma carioca, ele tem paixão por churrasco, e faz isso com maestria, ama trabalhar com carnes, legumes e frutos mar, grelhando alimentos frescos direto no fogo e finalizando seus pratos com técnicas modernas de cozinha molecular e contemporânea. Conhecida como "fusion cuisine" uma viagem cheia de sabor, aroma e texturas, uma mistura de técnicas e receitas de diferentes países, incluindo o Brasil.
