Nuestra experiencia con Juan Carlos ha sido excelente, nos mandó una propuesta de menú muy interesante desde el principio, se preocupó en modificar aquellas cosas que le pedimos y en cuidar la preparación de la comida los días previos para que estuviese todo controlado.
