Chef Gianluca was so easy to work with, he was patient when I had questions about the menu and wanted to make many changes. He was very willing to accommodate each guests needs including allergies and dislikes, and made the whole process very easy. On the day of the dinner he arrived right on time even when the directions I provided were a bit difficult to follow. On top of that, we had a lighting issue in our kitchen and he ended up cooking a great meal in the dark! Everyone thought the food was so delicious and he did a great job. Thank you Chef!

Chef Raph gave my family and I such a memorable night! To start, the table setting was beautiful. He even added flowers as a center piece for the table that made the experience even more elegant.
