Hired Chef Rivera to do a private dinner for my sister’s bachelorette party. The communication and assistance he provided beforehand to ensure we had the perfect menu to fit everyone’s dietary restrictions was exemplary. The preparation and execution of the event was flawless. The food itself was absolutely divine, and he left our kitchen immaculate. I cannot recommend Chef Salvo and his assistant more highly. He gave us an incredible dining experience (all vegetarian!). He was engaging, very flexible and truly passionate and skilled at his art. Each dish was incredibly constructed and thoughtfully composed. It was just the two of us but he made us feel like royalty. His assistant was as lovely as well, so friendly with our toddler and dog. The risotto was the best I ever had. For context we had dinner at Le Bernadin the night prior, and we enjoyed this experience more! Kitchen was left spotless. I am looking forward to having chef back for other celebrations. Do not hesitate to book him if available.
