Prive Kok In AmsterdamI am a passionate and professional chef who has gained experience in many different cuisines all over the world.
My last role was head private chef for Ultima Collection in Crans-Montana, Switzerland. Previous to that role I have worked in private estates for families and individuals.
I enjoy the challenge to create new and unique dishes, and wowing my guests. Using only the best local and organic produce to ensure the quality of the food is met to the highest standard. Also, I have a outstanding knowledge of dietary restrictions and requirements.
I am confident in performing under pressure and exceeding expectation. As a chef I am always thriving for professional development and to explore the wonderfull world of cooking.
