My name is gideon I was born and raised in curacao where I had to learn cooking on my own. since then I have obtained a passion for cooking. learning different techniques in every kind of restaurant, from buffet restaurants to star culinary cooking. it doesn't matter where I end up as long as there's something new to learn and boundaries to push I'm there. I'm pretty social and like to get to know my clients. being a private is chef is new to me but I'm willing to learn on the way.
