Through five years sharing the kitchen with chef Thomas Snijders in Restaurant Lewis, he guided me in my personal progress of becoming a chef. I love using simple, forgotten and unusual products, old witch recipes and fine touches. I also love painting and surfing. I bake ceramics and cakes. Currently available around and abroad to cook for retreats or private dinners.
