I worked at the american academy in Rome and lately I was working as a chef teacher in one of the most famous cooking school in Rome. I' m specialized in the traditional roman and sicilian cusine wich I think rapresents the essence of the Italian cusine. I' m a vero clean person, polite, but not boring
