I am an italian girl that loves to cook. I am lucky to be born in this beautiful country with its magnificent culinary tradition. I am also lucky to be half german and have been raised with that culture as well.

I love food from all over the world, most of my experience is in Italian cuisine though.

I can easily say that I've learnt how to make pasta, lasagne and tiramisù from my nonna and aunties.

I've got a strong love for anything baked..cakes, breads, crackers and I'm planning to open my bakery soon.

I love local produce and seasonality, respecting the territory and finding a balance with the earth.

I've also always loved making those basic items that we take for granted buying (eg. Bread, ricotta, jam, tortellini..).

I love the atmosphere of cooking together with someone else and that feeling of connection with our past that we get. Making fresh pasta and gnocchi or baking german Christmas biscuits makes me feel the love of my relatives that used to cook them with me.

Also I do love a good wine pairing and would be happy to recommend some delicious pours.

My food is simple, tasty and reflects the country I was born and raised.
