I am an outgoing and eclectic Chef. I love to experiment with new combinations and flavors without ever forgetting my Neapolitan origins. I have traveled around Europe, working in the kitchens of prestigious restaurants and among the most significant experiences stand out the one at the Maxi of the 5-star luxury Capo La Gala on the coast, 1 Michelin Star, at the Shoreditch House in London and in the French capital at the Joël Robuchon's Atelier, 2 Michelin Stars.
