Chef Particular A PratoI was born in 1987 originally in Tuscany.
After graduating with a Diploma as Chef from the Hotel School of Montecatini Terme, I started my career in the restaurant business.
After various internships which included 6 months at the famous Albereta Resort under the guidance of Chef Gualtiero Marchesi, I moved to Milan where I worked for 5 years at Cracco Ristorante - 2 Michelin Star restaurant.
Other experiences include working for Quadri Restaurant in Piazza San Marco, Venice, part of the 3 star Michelin Alajmo group.
I was back in Milan for 2 years. I was a Consultant working for a Retail Food Group managing various projects such as new openings of Bars and Restaurants.
My last positions were as an Executive Chef in a Relais in Tuscany -completing my experience in a hotel setting- and Executive Chef of Zafferano and Monti restaurant in Singapore.
I am currently working as Private Chef offering my cuisine which is a mix of experience, creativity and quality, always recalling the Italian specialties.
