I have a double life...documentaries producer (yes, always food) and chef. I travel a lot for work so my way of cooking has a lot of influences but still strongly Italian. I worked in restaurants in Naples, Rome, Berlin but then I preferred to create events by myself. In the last years, when I'm not shooting, I work as private chef in Amalfi coast and Greece.
