One of the primary objectives of my work is to combine modern and elegant Italian cuisine with the true meaning and essence of authentic recipes.
I am a professional chef with 15 years experience in the culinary world. I studied at the School of Hospitality in Milan, and in 2012 I decided to move in London in a two star Michelin called Les Gavroches. Than i lived in Sardinia, Toscani and Provence.
Recently i decided to come back to Milan.
Now i work as a private Chef.
