Travelling around the world has shaped the person I am and therefore the way I cook. Fusion is key, tradition is key. I blend them together.
Born in Torino in 1986, I am someone curious and passionate,
determined and hardworking. Travelling around the world has
educated the person I am and therefore my way of cooking.
I have deepened my knowledge through this special school of
life and all of my past experiences helped me define my culinary
vision. I am a profound supporter of the authenticity of taste and
of the balance between refinement and food in its raw state.
