I’ve been a chef for about 16 years – a life for others. I started my early stages in Italy, where I finished the superior school with a degree in cooking. Then I continued my growth in Australia and some other restaurants back in Italy until this moment, including some experiences in Michelin Stars restaurants.
But I’ve always found my comfort zone in pastry. So, if this road is the only option for others, for me, it was a choice to show people that food is meant to be shared and that it doesn’t have to be complex to be good or spectacular. For this reason, last year, I opened my pastry lab.
People are always gathering around food for social motives, and I am just a piece of this puzzle that brings them together.
