My name is Alessia Montini and I am a Luxury Private Chef.
My passion for cooking started when I was a child with my grandmother Carla, she taught me that food is a form of Care & Love.
I started my research in health 12 years ago in Venice where I started my career.
In the last years of my travels, the people I met and the places I've visited influenced my cooking : the Mediterranean style I grew up with is now mixed with colors from all over the world.
My studies in the nutrition field taught me to use wild plants and edible flowers, ayurvedic cuisine, vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, kosher , paleo and keto diets.
I am a HEALTH FOOD COACH ready to prepare balanced menu for my guests.
I travel a lot through Europe working in private Villas, Chalet and Yachts.
I am also active collaboration with green project in italy and sardinia to help them becoming indipendent trough the creation of garden spaces and nutrition classes.
I am very attentiive to the quality and seasonality of food , that' s why I create a net of producer and farmes where I can directly go to pick the first choosen raw material for my menus.
