My name is Manuela Clemenza,

I come from Naples, from a Calabrian mother and I lived in Liguria for 7 years.

This multiplicity of traditions together with the 6 years of experience on Costa ships have greatly expanded my culinary background together with the ability to understand the different needs of my customers and try to satisfy them in the best possible way

Imagination is the basis of my cooking.

I never distort traditional dishes in taste, but I simply enrich them through technique and creativity

I consider cooking accessible to all those who love it like me and that's why I often accompany my performances with cooking lessons upon request.

For a while now I have merged the 2 loves of my life, together with my husband we offer the formula with pianist, in which the art of cooking merges with the musical one, also offering a soundtrack to the evening
