I am a Head Chef with more than 26 years of experience in hotels and restaurants worldwide. Additionally, I have gained experience by working as a Chef in very luxurious private homes. Determined to continuously improve my skills and due to the opportunity of collaboration with a number of professional dieticians and personal trainers I have advanced my knowledge of international cuisines and healthy diet.

Providing an exceptionally high standard of service, I can meet the expectations of demanding clients, who I am interested to work for.

I am passionate about cooking and enjoy experimenting with new recipes - but the best way to understand my philosophy of cooking is to taste my food.
