I always had that good taste for making meals since i was kid. But officialy i am cook and chef since finishing high school in 2005. Chef with international experience(from yachts to Scandinavia) , having really quallity mentors, made me the person i am today. My passion is garden and foraging. Throught years of cooking, i found out that the most important thing is for You to feel and experience every bite.
And as Anthony Bourdain, one of most influence chef, use to say
