My name is Chiara Ožaković, I am 25 years old, and I work as a private chef in Dalmatia. I love cooking traditional food in a modern way.
I can trace the beginnings of my cooking career back to six years ago when I started working at a restaurant specializing in Asian cuisine. I enjoy creating combinations of Asian and Mediterranean cuisine with a special touch and, of course, adding a bit of tradition in a modern way. I love working with small family farms and using ingredients of known origin and high quality.
