After finding my studies lacking in fulfilling my passion, I heed the call of the kitchen and embark on a career as a pastry chef. I then broaden my horizons by working in various gastronomic establishments in France, London, and the United States, absorbing different enriching influences for my cuisine.

Settled in Switzerland, I undergo training in nutrition, aiming to combine pleasure and health in my culinary creations. My talent leads me to work for prestigious establishments and demanding private clients as a private chef, where I can express my gourmet and healthy cuisine, infused with my multicultural influences.

My growing reputation leads me to take the reins of the kitchens of a renowned cultural foundation in the Lake Geneva region, where I concoct delicious and inspiring dishes. Always generous and curious, I also share my knowledge and tips through recipes for magazines and online platforms, as well as on my own social networks.

Subsequently, I decide to work for private chalets and villas as an entrepreneur with Food&Joy, offering diverse and balanced menus.
