I'm passionate about cooking, each dish has severam stories, from harvesting the vegetables to reaching rhe customer. And that, for me, is cooking.
I am a Chef, with 10 years of experience, in the world of hotels and restaurants.
I graduated from Gaia Nascente school in Porto.
I worked with Chef Vitor Matos and Chef Cordeiro.
I worked for 3 years in corsica in 5 star hotels, such as Hotel Marinca and Misincu, where we entered the Michelin Guide with Chef Jones.
