Je suis une cheffe internationale, voyageuse dans l'âme et passionnée de cuisine.
C'est cette merveilleuse profession que j'ai voulu mettre au centre de mon expatriation au Costa rica durant 14 ans avec mon restaurant "La Terrasse" à San José. Mettre ainsi à l'honneur la cuisine française en créant de nouvelles saveurs en harmonie avec l'essence même de ce pays.
