Private Chef with over 15 years of experience working around the world for a very international and discerning client base that have various dietary and cultural needs.
Culinary training from Australia and having worked around the globe, my cuisine is very international ranging from Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, Japanese, Indian, Vietnamese, French, Italian and South American.
Keeping my cuisine light and fresh with the use of fresh and seasonal ingredients mixed with bold flavors and colors is my goal although adaptability and an understanding of individual client needs is perhaps one my greatest qualities.
A final note....I do love my desserts and cakes!
