I worked in Italy, Malta, Spain and actually i live in Corsica.
Experience as head chef in my own restaurant and in hotels.
I am proud to be a chef and to teach and cook italian dishis to people around the world. I would like that people discover the true Italian gastronomic culture. Cooking class at home possible.
