I'm 35 years old, I live in Nice since 14 years, originally from Normandy. Passionate of cooking since I'm a little girl, I grew up in a family where fresh food is a part of the basic. I like to share my passion with my customers. Create menu with food pairing and offer a unique experience. My moto is "my job is to adapt"
