Chef Privé À AvignonI am a 33 years old Chef who will never stop to create sur-mesure for my guests.
After 5 year in St Martin, and 6 restaurants opening. I'm back to France to propose you my French style cuisine mainly impact by what I've learned and discovered on my trips. I love create, I've no limit and I love challenges.
5 years as private chef in past, I also traveled and worked around the world England (2years), Australia (2year) and New-Zealand(1 year),
Then my cuisine led me to be ranked first in the "Jeune Talent Escoffier" in 2011 at the national level and, 4th at the international scale.
Futhermore, my cooking is honest and pure in the most refined way; through the use of fresh, and seasonal products.
