My name is Christophe Azar, I’m 26 years old and deeply passionate about gastronomy. I’ve had the privilege of working in several Michelin-starred restaurants, starting as a pastry chef in a one-star establishment before transitioning fully into the kitchen. This shift allowed me to grow and become sous-chef in both two- and three-star restaurants, where I refined my technique and deepened my culinary vision. What I love most is cooking for people creating emotion, sharing moments, and offering unforgettable memories through food. For me, cooking isn’t just a profession, it’s a way to connect with others and tell a story through every dish.

Christophe blew us all away!! He had personally caught the delicious fish he prepared and picked the vegetables from his garden so everything was very fresh and had so much flavor. He had the perfect personality… he was kind and engaging without being too intrusive. This whole experience was an incredible value! We would absolutely hire Christophe again and again!!

Chef Christophe was an incredible chef who was highly attentive to our needs and produced some of the best food I’ve had in France. He was incredibly respectful, kind, and presented the food in a way that spoke to his artistic capabilities. He went above and beyond and the food was simply delicious. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

The presentation was creative and not basic which is what I was looking for. We had 3 different appetisers which were lovely, then the entree which was Tuna with eggplant puree which everyone loved. I had a picky group so was a bit nervous about this, but he executed! he seemed to be happy and I tipped him.

Chef Christophe went above and beyond. The food preparation, the menu options discussed and the quality of the food and service were impeccable. Christophe was so personable and kind, his stories and background were nice to hear about. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great chef. Thank you for everything.

As the reviews before, we can only recommend Christophe as a chef! We had an amazing dinner, the quality of the food and dishes, the amount, taste and presentation was perfect. We were even able to have a separate vegetarian menu, since two people didn't eat fish or meat. All of us would highly recommend the experience, thank you so much, Christophe!

My family booked Christophe for my dad's 60th birthday and we had an amazing experience! He was very communicative from the initial inquiry until the day of the event. It was a perfect evening for the whole family to relax and enjoy several courses of amazing food without the hassle in the kitchen. He came prepared with all of the ingredients and served us 4 courses which we were blown away by! Christophe was very friendly and professional, we enjoyed speaking with him and hearing his story. He took his time throughout the night serving us the various courses over the span of a few hours so we could truly appreciate the time and enjoy each dish without feeling rushed. Overall, it was a fantastic evening and the kitchen was left spotless!

Christophe is an amazing chef first and foremost. As soon as I booked Christophe he reached out to me and communicated quickly and clearly all necessary information. I was able to work with him to tailor the meal for a few dietary preferences. On the day of, Christophe was again prompt and had very good communication. He arrived a few minutes early and had everything he needed. He was very in tune to provide the right amount of space for us to enjoy our evening while also being willing to share his story and socialize with us. The food was absolutely delicious. It was more than we could have ever needed. A great deal without a doubt.
