Home Chef for almost two years, I had the honor of learning the techniques from starred establishments: -The oasis (Mandelieu-la-Napoule / 2 stars) -The Belle Rive (Juan-les-pins / 1 star) -Les Terraillers (Biot / 1 star)
They allowed me to find my culinary identity and forge my signature, to be recognized and appreciated by my peers and my clients.
I started to evolve in cooking, then I specialized in pastry. Today returned to my first love, cooking through my activity as a chef at home. I always put my cuisine at the service of the product and want to make my customers discover simple, authentic and generous creations.
