Food is my passion, I travel for ten years between Italy, Spain, England and Switzerland to learn technics and differents cuisines.
I love to cook seasonal ingredients choose from small producers and farms.
During my experiences I got to cook in Michelin stars restaurants and pop wine bar where we were cooking extraordinary dishes and surprising our customers with plating technics .
