My name is Javi, I am 31 years old and I have been a professional chef for more than ten years. I am a very social person with a very strong feeling of being a host and for this reason I am passionate about cooking.

I have a qualification as a kitchen professional and after having worked in many styles of cooking and different places I found a certain affinity with Asian food to which I dedicate myself especially in my kitchen.
