After having obtained the diploma in French cuisine, my career was launched by working for the most prestigious caterer of paris, the cuisine made me travel from Paris via Madrid via London to Brazil as well as Canada , here I am today in Montreal for a meeting of my future clients and share all the french fine food and wine as I can .
