Cooking has always been a major part of my life. At your home, I will be glad to keep sharing my passion to you through my plates.
Starting with a French diploma, I acquired experience by working in several types of kitchens in France. My first experience in a traditional restaurant taught me all the keys I needed until I grew up as a Sous-Chef there. I also had the chance to experiment chef home services in Paris with another private chef. A few years later, after gathering experience, I had a strong desire to travel around the world to learn and take a step into fine dining cuisine. I discovered gastronomy was my path, combining precision, meticulousness, rigour, and passion.
I have now been working at Maison Boulud at the Ritz-Carlton for over a year and I’m happier than ever to enhance my knowledge each day.
Working with fresh products as much as possible throughout the seasons and offering unique and extraordinary experiences to my guests confirmed my choice of being a private chef.
To me, being a chef is the pleasure to meet my clients and share my passion and techniques.
The professional equipment I possess at home will help me through my creations and increase the possibilities of making unforgettable experiences.
