From infancy, I always paid keen attention to my moms kitchen and the traditional flavors and preparations of family meals.
In my youth years I start my inmersión in restaurants working in every area possible until I was working shoulder with shoulder with chef, and learn everything from them.
I have being a professional for the last 20 years working in world chain hotel restaurants, as a consultant, training in trade schools, and private chef for vacation rentals and private yacht.
