I have always enjoyed having people over and presenting them what I have cooked whether it be traditional food or a fusion. Cooking with love and respect for each of the ingredients as well as for the culinary heritage that each dish has whether is Jamaican, a fusion of Mexican or from another country. Not being a professionally trained chef i have taken the opportunity to be an ambassador for my country to share the cuisine and culture.
