Chef A Domicilio En La SantísimaHello! I am chef Pedro Fernández, a Spanish resident in Mexico for 7 years. In this gastronomic experience I will make you travel through my dishes through the different countries and markets that I visited with my culinary project "The Lemon Experience". During this gastronomic adventure, I toured the gastronomy of countries such as Puerto Rico, Mexico and Peru, where we carried out numerous collaborations with chefs and restaurants as well as private events, Chef Table nights and even cooking classes. Our philosophy is to defend and use the local products of each place we visit and reinterpret them with the European and Spanish techniques that we know along with those that we learn on our travels.

En esta experiencia gastronómica te hare viajar a través de mis platos por los diferentes países y mercados que recorrí con mi proyecto culinario "The Lemon Experience". Esta aventura gastronómica consistió en recorrer y documentar la gastronomía de países como Puerto Rico, México y Perú, donde realizamos numerosas colaboraciones con chefs y restaurantes así como eventos privados, noches de Chef Table e incluso clases de cocina. Nuestra filosofía es la de defender y utilizar los productos locales de cada lugar que visitamos y reinterpretarlos con las técnicas europeas y españolas que conocemos junto las que vamos aprendiendo en nuestros viajes
