Chef Privado En GuadalupeBorn in Guadalajara, Chef Soltero Zavala has spent most of his life in Baja California. He began his career in gastronomy at the age of 22, working in various restaurants. During a family trip to Valle de Guadalupe, he fell in love with the region.
This passion inspired him to relocate and create Corazá Restaurante, at Valle de Guadalupe, a family project that combines traditional recipes with the incredible products of Baja. At Corazá, he emphasizes building connections with local small producers and winemakers, fostering a deep sense of community.
Specializing in seafood and smoked meats, with a long cooking process. Corazá honors the bounty of Baja’s ingredients. Every dish is crafted from scratch, showcasing the quality and flavor of the region’s produce
