I´m an innovative young chef who thrives for exceptional meals and memorable experiences.
I'm a hardworking, honest, senior-year gastronomy college student with over four years of experience as a professional chef.
I have done internships at the St. Regis Hotel Punta Mita as well as at Jardín Nebulosa and have worked in multiple catering events.
I have been part of the Take A Chef Portfolio since 2020 as a private chef.
This year I opened my own Mexican Artisanal Bakery. You can see the conchas about to enter the oven in the photos below:
