Chef Mike Olivares

I am a professional chef and also pastry chef with 16 years experience culinary world, included teaching and forming the new talents in actual escene. I studied in the famous Escuela Culinaria Internacional also know as ECI and in 2008 I decide to learn french and italian cooking in the prestigious SBM in Montecarlo, Monaco.

As a good mexican I am so proud to share all the knowledge across of the recognition of traditional cuisine in michoacan as intangible cultural heritage.
