Soy un cocinero con más de 10 años de experiencia en la industria gastronómica y enológica, trabajé dentro de algunas de las mejores casas vinícolas de México en el Valle de Guadalupe como sommellier y desde hace 7 años cuento con un negocio de catering propio. Me enfoco en generar experiencias eno-gastronómicas de calidad, haciendo una sinergia entre el vino, cerveza artesanal y la cocina.
