Growing up in the heart of Mexico I longed for something closer to the sea. After graduating from culinary school I knew life on the coast would open up an array of possibilities as Mexican food is so diverse. So, about 9 years ago I moved to Cancun in search of expanding my gastronomic knowledge. Now I with more than 12 years of experience in the culinary world, I combine flavors from the sea with authentic Mexican techniques, offering an exceptional culinary experience that celebrates the diversity of Mexican cuisine.
