Chef David Morales

I am David Morales Guerrero, a Mexican chef born in Mexico City. Gastronomy is my great passion, and I have dedicated over 20 years to this wonderful craft. I have been fortunate to work in luxury hospitality, both in vibrant Mexico City and the beautiful tourist destinations of Los Cabos. My goal is to combine traditional Mexican flavors with modern culinary techniques to create memorable dining experiences.

In addition to my work in the kitchen, I am dedicated to gastronomic consulting and the creation of special events, from weddings to sea festivals. Through my company, 'Rent a Yacht 4 Fun Los Cabos', I strive to offer luxury yacht services that combine comfort with exceptional culinary experiences on board.

I have had the opportunity to participate in events alongside great chefs from the world of gastronomy in Los Cabos. One of the highlights has been taking part in the Inferno Fest, an event created by Solaz Hotel, which brings together over 100 renowned chefs and mixologists from the region. This event, held in November, allowed me to contribute both as a chef and sponsor through my yacht rental agency 'Yacht 4 Fun Los Cabos'.

I have also collaborated in events organized by well-known local restaurants, such as Jazamango, Simaruba Roof Top Bar, and the Taco Fest, among others. These experiences have allowed me to work closely with talented colleagues and contribute to the development and recognition of gastronomy in Los Cabos.

Beyond cooking, I am committed to advising restaurants, training staff, and selecting the best suppliers of high-quality products. I strive to use fresh and organic ingredients in all my preparations, ensuring that each dish is a masterpiece of flavor and presentation.

My love for Mexican gastronomy and my desire to innovate inspire me to continue growing in this field, always seeking to make each meal a celebration of our culture and culinary art.
